Privacy Policy
How we protect and govern your health data.
Current privacy policy
This document describes the current privacy approach for the ARQENA informational health-data platform and may be updated as the service evolves.
Data Sovereignty
At ARQENA, we believe your health data belongs to you. Our platform is designed to provide intelligence around your health data while ensuring you remain in control of that information.
Information Collection
We process data from three primary sources:
- Laboratory Reports: Biological markers extracted from provided clinical documents.
- Wearable Signals: Continuous health metrics from connected devices.
- User Input: Qualitative health history and symptoms provided for context.
Processing & Intelligence
ARQENA uses AI-assisted reasoning to identify patterns and relationships within your longitudinal data. Some outputs are generated or assisted by artificial intelligence systems and are intended for informational purposes only. Processing is performed with access controls that restrict your data to authorized application flows.
Your Data Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Account deletion and data requests are currently handled through support contact at support@arqena.com. Self-service data export and deletion capabilities are planned for a future release.
Cookies & Browser Storage
ARQENA does not currently use analytics, tracking cookies, or third-party marketing technologies. Browser storage is used only for functional purposes: session management (authentication token) and personal preferences (unit system, pinned markers).
Third-Party Services
ARQENA uses third-party infrastructure services to operate the platform, including hosting and AI model providers. Specific processor details and applicable data processing terms are described in this policy and may be updated as the service evolves.
